I used to edit anime music videos in high school under the name daarui. I was too embarrassed to tell anyone until college. Turns out that was a good way to teach myself motion graphics!

In college I was Head Designer for GenerAsians, our school’s only Asian and AAPI+ focused magazine.

Since I was a kid, I’ve loved taking pictures of beauty - nature and people.
✍️ Doodles
I love doodling and making weird art, as well as reading graphic novels! Some of my favorite artists are Yumi Sakugawa and Madeline Berger. The Silver Sprocket store in SF is a goldmine.
